I Can't Log In

Fix the most common login issues and regain access quickly.

Start with the basics

Before anything else:

  • Confirm you’re using your work email address (the one you signed up with)

  • Try signing in in a private/incognito browser window

  • Make sure your browser is up to date

Issue 1: “Incorrect email or password”

Most commonly this means either the password is wrong or you’re using a different email than the one on your account.

  1. Try the Forgot password link and reset your password.

  2. Check if you previously signed up using another work email alias (e.g. firstname.lastname@ vs first.last@).


Issue 2: You’re seeing “Account pending approval”

If your organisation already has a Konfir account, new users may require admin approval before they can access Konsole. Follow the steps in: My account is pending approval — what now?


Issue 3: You’re being prompted for MFA but can’t complete it

If MFA is enabled for your organisation, you must complete the MFA step to sign in.
