Signing in to Konsole

  1. Go to the Konsole login page.

  2. Enter your work email and password.

  3. If your organisation requires MFA, you’ll be prompted for a verification code.

If you can’t sign in, see I can’t log in.

Resetting your password

If you’ve forgotten your password (or your password isn’t working):

  1. On the login page, select Forgot password.

  2. Enter your work email address.

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link.

If you don’t receive the reset email, see Not receiving confirmation or reset emails.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

MFA adds an extra security step at sign-in. Some organisations require MFA for all users. If MFA is required for your organisation, you’ll be prompted to set up MFA the first time you sign in after it has been enabled (or when you create your account).

Typically, you will:

  1. Open an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy)

  2. Scan the QR code shown in Konsole

  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup

After setup, you’ll enter a new code each time you sign in.

Next: MFA not working.
