Forgot your password?
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page at konsole.konfir.com.
You’ll receive a password reset link via email.
If you don’t see the email, check your junk folder or search for "Konfir".
Not receiving emails?
Check your spam/junk folders
Ensure your IT team has allowlisted @konfir.com
Confirm you’re using the correct work email address
Access denied or login error?
This may happen if:
Your account hasn’t been activated yet
Your organisation hasn’t been fully onboarded
Your email address was entered incorrectly during signup
