Summary
Creating your Konfir account is straightforward. You’ll sign up with your work email, confirm your email address, and then access Konsole.
In some organisations, you may also need admin approval and/or to set up MFA before you can use the platform.

1) Sign up with your work email
Go to the Konfir sign-up page.
Enter your name, work email, and organisation details.
Create your account.
Konfir uses your email domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com) to help match you to an existing organisation where applicable.
2) Confirm your email address
After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Open the email and follow the link to verify your address.

3) Get access to Konsole
Once your email is confirmed, you’ll be able to access Konsole - but what you see next depends on your organisation’s security setup.
Account Approval
If your organisation already uses Konfir, you may see an Account Pending Approval screen. This means:
your account has been created, but
an existing admin at your organisation needs to approve your access.
Konfir will show you a list of your organisation’s admins so you know who can approve you.

MFA Setup
If your organisation has enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA), you’ll be prompted to set it up during sign-in. This is a required security step before you can use Konsole.
