Most account creation issues come down to one of the following:
An account already exists for the email address you’re using, or
Your organisation already has a Konfir workspace and new users must be added/approved by an admin.

'Cannot create account'
This means the email address you entered is already associated with a Konfir account. To resolve: sign in with that email address.
Tip: If you don’t remember the password, use Forgot password to reset it.
'This organisation name is already taken'
This means your organisation already has a Konfir workspace set up, and additional users can’t create a new workspace under the same name. To resolve, contact our support team at [email protected] - we’ll route your request to the correct workspace admin so they can add you
