Konfir maintains security monitoring and operational controls to detect and respond to suspicious activity. If you believe there may be a security issue affecting your workspace or account, please report it promptly.

When to report a security issue
Contact Konfir Support if you observe or suspect any of the following:
Unexpected or unauthorised access to your workspace
Suspicious login activity or possible account compromise
Unusual exports or downloads of verification data
Verification activity that does not match expected behaviour
Any concern that personal data may have been accessed improperly
If you are unsure whether something is a security issue, it is better to report it early.
What to include in your report
To help Konfir investigate quickly, include as much of the following as possible:
Your organisation or workspace name
The affected user email address(es)
Relevant verification ID(s), if applicable
A short description of what you observed
Approximate date and time the issue occurred
Any supporting context (for example screenshots or audit details)
