Overview
If your account is pending approval, this means that our organisation already has a Konfir workspace and an existing admin must approve your access before you can access it.
Note: This is a workspace security control designed to prevent unrestricted access to verification results and applicant data.
What Happens Next?
Admins are notified automatically - Konfir emails your organisation’s admin(s) to let them know you requested access.
An admin approves (or declines) your request - Approval time depends on your organisation’s internal process.
You are notified - As soon as your admin reviews your request, you will receive an email. If approved, you can then log in and use Konsole.
FAQs
Q: I created a verification request during sign-up, was it sent?
A: Yes - If you created a verification request as part of sign-up, it has already been created and sent to the applicant. Once your access is approved, you’ll be able to see it in Konsole.
Q: I’m still waiting - what should I do?
A: Contact one of the admins shown on the pending approval screen.
Q: Something looks wrong - what should I do?
A: If the admin details shown don’t look right, or you think something is misconfigured, contact support.
