Wait a few minutes (some mail systems delay automated emails)
If you’re resetting a password, make sure you requested the reset using the same email you signed up with.
Common causes (and fixes)
1) You signed up with a different email address
This is the most common cause.
Fix: Try searching your inbox for other work addresses or aliases, and request the email again.
2) Your organisation is blocking automated emails
Some organisations block or quarantine automated emails.
Fix: Ask your IT team to allowlist Konfir emails and domains. If you need guidance, contact [email protected].
3) Emails are being filtered into a shared mailbox rule
Sometimes team inbox rules move messages automatically.
Fix: Check inbox rules or ask an admin to confirm nothing is being filtered.
