You’ve successfully created your user profile
An existing admin must approve your access before you can use Konsole
We display your organisation’s admins on screen so you know exactly who can approve you.
What happens next
1. We notify your admins automatically
Konfir has already emailed your admins to let them know you’re requesting access.
2. You’ll receive an email once approved
When an admin approves you, you’ll be able to log in immediately.
Approval times vary depending on your organisation.
3. You can also contact your admin directly
Use the names and emails shown on the screen if you want to follow up internally.
What if I just sent a verification request?
If you created a verification at the same time as signing up:
✔️ Your verification request has already been sent
Your applicant will receive it even though your account is still pending.
✔️ You do not need to resend the request
It will appear in your dashboard once your admin approves your access.
This ensures applicants are not delayed while your account is awaiting approval.
