Summary
Every organisation using Konfir has at least one Konsole admin. Admins manage user access (approvals, invitations, removals) for your organisation.
By default, the first user to sign up for your organisation becomes its Konsole admin.
Find your admin
If you’re seeing “Account Pending Approval”
The pending approval screen shows the names and email addresses of the admins who can approve your access.
If you’re already in Konsole
Email [email protected] and ask us to confirm who the admin is for your organisation.
Change your admin
Admin permissions can’t be reassigned directly in Konsole today. To update your organisation’s admin:
