Konfir provides full front-line support for applicants - so you don’t have to. From in-product guidance to human help, we ensure a smooth experience without adding burden to your internal teams.

Throughout the verification journey, applicants receive:

  • Step-by-step guidance for each data source

  • Real-time tooltips and status messages

  • Clear fallback messaging if something goes wrong

Support is available via the journey itself - no need to leave the flow.

Help Center

Our Applicant Help Center provides FAQ and troubleshooting guides to resolve all common issues.

Help Desk (Email & Chat)

Applicants can contact us directly at [email protected] or via chat in our Applicant Help Center. Issues are typically responded to within 3 hours and resolved within 5 hours.


You are not expected to support applicants directly.

Konfir is a fully managed service - if an applicant reaches out to you, we would encourage you to simply forward or redirect them to us. This means:

  • No need to triage applicant questions

  • No technical support burden on your team

  • No risk of miscommunication or incorrect guidance
