You can use Konfir completely free of charge when you create a verification request via one of our employer redirect pages.

These are dedicated landing pages hosted on behalf of specific employers (e.g. PayStream, Asda, Royal Mail), who have partnered with us to automate employment references.
If you're requesting a reference for a candidate from one of these organisations, simply use their branded link. No charge will be applied, and you do not need a paid plan.
💸 What’s Paid?
If you create a verification request from inside your Konsole account - by selecting "New Request" - charges may apply. These requests give you access to a full employment and income history, including:
Employment periods (across multiple employers)
Gaps & overlapping jobs
Salary or income data (if enabled)
Alerts & risk flags
These features are not available via standard employer-specific Respond pages and are priced on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis of £5.50 per verified activity (employment or gap), billed monthly.
🧾 What Plan Am I On?
If you're using Konfir without a commercial agreement in place, you're automatically on our PAYG plan. You’ll receive an invoice monthly for any eligible requests submitted via your Konsole account.
You can always avoid charges by only using employer redirect pages.
