What to expect

  • Response time: Typically within 3 working hours

  • Resolution: Most queries are resolved within 1 working day

  • Urgent issues are triaged and prioritised automatically

To speed things up, please include as much context as possible - for example:

  • Verification ID(s)

  • Applicant name or email

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if helpful)
