The Applicant Journey
When you submit a verification request, your applicant will pass through the following steps to complete their verification.
Invite
If you submitted via API, your applicant is instantly passed into the Konfir journey. If you submitted via Konsole, your applicant receives a secure link via Email and/or SMS
Consent
The applicant is introduced to Konfir and asked for informed, explicit consent to proceed
Connect
The applicant individually consents to any or all of the following data sources (in order), depending on your setup:Open Banking
HMRC
Payroll
Submit
Once required sources are connected, Konfir processes the verification instantly (within seconds) and notifies you.
