Konfir allows you to personalise the applicant journey so it feels consistent with your organisation’s brand - enabling you to create a familiar, trusted experience for applicants. Admins can upload a logo, set brand colours and fonts, and customise the text shown to applicants on the onboarding screen.
Accessing your Customisation Settings
Log into your Konsole account
In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Customisation
You’ll now see sections for Logo, Theme Customisation, and Content.
Upload your organisation's logo
You can add a custom logo to display at the top of the applicant journey.
How to upload:
Click the 'Upload logo' button
Select your PNG or SVG file with your logo
Your logo will be uploaded automatically
Logo guidelines:
Supported formats: PNG, SVG
The image will be automatically resized to 55px height while keeping the original aspect ratio
If no logo is uploaded, the default Konfir logo will be shown
Customise your theme (font and colours)
Use the Theme Customisation area to adjust the visual style of the applicant journey.
Font family: Choose from the available fonts to match your organisation's brand
Primary colour: This sets the main theme colour used across the journey (e.g. , highlights)
Button primary text colour: Controls the text colour for primary buttons
Button secondary text colour: Controls the text colour for secondary buttons
Each colour input accepts hexadecimal codes (e.g. #FFFFFF).
Edit onboarding screen content
The Content section allows you to tailor title and description text that appears on the onboarding screen in the applicant journey.
This is useful for adding a short welcome message, instructions or brand-specific language.
After editing, click Save Changes to update what applicants will see.
What applicants will experience
Once customised, applicants will see:
Your organisation’s logo
Your brand colours and font
Your custom text content
These elements help create a consistent, trustworthy experience throughout the Konfir applicant journey.
