Overview
Customisation controls how the Konfir applicant journey appears to your applicants. You can tailor the journey with your logo, colours, and introductory text to create a consistent, branded experience. These changes apply to all applicant-facing screens for your workspace.
Note: Only workspace admins can update customisation settings.

How to update your customisation settings:
Go to Settings → Customisation
Update the fields you want to change
Save your changes
What you can update
Logo
You can upload a custom logo to appear at the top of the applicant journey.
Accepted formats: PNG or SVG
Logos are automatically resized to 55px height while preserving aspect ratio
If no logo is uploaded, the default Konfir logo is shown
Theme (font & colours)
You can customise the visual theme of the applicant journey, including:
text font
button colours - must be provided as hexadecimal values (e.g. #FFFFFF).
Content
You can customise the title and description text shown on the applicant onboarding screen. This is commonly used to:
add a short welcome message
explain why the applicant is being asked to complete verification
include brand-specific or instructional language
