While rare, issues can sometimes occur due to:
Third-party outages (e.g. HMRC, bank APIs)
Third-party planned maintenance
Unexpected system degradation
In these cases the service may be affected, including:
Konsole - You may be unable to access Konsole
API & Webhooks - You may be unable to create or fetch verifications
Applicant Journey - Applicants may be unable to complete the journey

View current system health
See historical uptime
Subscribe for email alerts or webhook updates
Konfir also provides advance notice for any planned maintenance. We’ll notify you by email and via the status page - and we always schedule changes outside of business hours when possible.
