Overview

Konfir is designed for reliability and performance. We operate a zero-downtime deployment process and continuously monitor system health to minimise disruption.

While rare, issues can sometimes occur due to:

  • Third-party outages (e.g. HMRC, bank APIs)

  • Third-party planned maintenance

  • Unexpected system degradation

In these cases the service may be affected, including:

  • Konsole - You may be unable to access Konsole

  • API & Webhooks - You may be unable to create or fetch verifications

  • Applicant Journey - Applicants may be unable to complete the journey


How do I stay informed?

You can check the real-time status of Konfir’s platform at status.konfir.com. Here, you can:

  • View current system health

  • See historical uptime

  • Subscribe for email alerts or webhook updates

Konfir also provides advance notice for any planned maintenance. We’ll notify you by email and via the status page - and we always schedule changes outside of business hours when possible.
